Standard orders can only be processed and shipped on business days. Your order is unable to be processed or shipped on Saturdays, Sundays, and national holidays. USPS picks up our orders at the end of each business day, and while they estimate they will deliver your order in 3-6 business days, we cannot guarantee a delivery date. 
  • Please note this assumes all of your shipping and billing information is correct, and the items are in stock. We will notify you if one of your items is out of stock.
  • Double check your shipping address! You will be responsible for the additional shipping charge if the package is shipped to the wrong address.

Expedited Shipping

Orders placed Monday through Friday before 12:00PM CST will be processed that day. Orders placed after 12:00PM CST will be processed the next business day. All expedited orders placed on Friday after 12:00PM CST, or on Saturday/Sunday will be processed the following Monday.USPS picks up our orders at the end of each business day, and while they estimate they will deliver your order in 1-2 business days, we cannot guarantee a delivery date.

Free Shipping

Orders over $200 are eligible for free shipping! This excludes Sample Sale orders and orders with items that are discounted over 50%. Local Pickup

We off local pickup for the DFW area! Select "Local Pickup" as your fulfilment method at checkout. We strive to have local pickup orders ready in 24-28 business hours, and we will notify you with pickup instructions when your order is ready. Orders placed after 12PM CST will not be ready until the following Monday, and our warehouse is closed on weekends and major holidays.

Lost & Stolen Orders

Once a package is picked up from our warehouse, it becomes the responsibility of USPS. USPS occasionally marks a package as delivered prematurely, so if you recieve a delivery notification and did not recieve your package we recommend waiting 1-3 business days to see if a late arrival occurs. If you are still unable to locate your package and believe it has been lost or stolen, there are two options for resolving this issue!

Orders with Route purchase:
If you have Route Package Protection, file a claim here to find out more details about the location of your package.

Orders without Route:
If you do not have Route Package Protection, we recommend filing a claim with your local post office to determine the location of your package.
Damaged Orders

We ensure that all of our orders leave our warehouse packaged with quality and care. Once a package is picked up from our warehouse, it becomes the responsibility of USPS. If you recieved a package that was damaged in the mail, you have two options to resolve this issue!

Orders with Route purchase:
If you have Route Package Protection, file a claim here to find out more details about recieving compensation for your damaged item.

Orders without Route:
If you do not have Route Package Protection, we recommend filing a claim with your local post office to determine how to resolve the iss.
