J.Marie will accept returns within 21 days of the original order date. Items must be returned in the condition in which you received, unworn and unwashed or will be subject to denial. Please ensure the contents of your return matches the return packing slip generated for your package. Do not include additional items not listed. All original tags must be attached (please note that some items purchased online might not have tags). We reserve the right to refuse a return if these conditions are not met.
We do not offer refunds back to your method of payment. Please feel free to contact us with any questions regarding sizing and styling! Send an email to email@example.com and we will reply within 24 hours. Once orders are placed, they cannot be canceled. Store credit does not expire. Store credit is sent to the email address on file in the form of an E-Gift Card via email once your return has been processed.
Online orders cannot be returned or exchanged at storefront locations.
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned:
- Items that are marked “Final Sale” on the website
- Gift Cards
Shoes must be returned with their original shoebox. Please pack the shoebox inside another box as the original shoebox must be returned undamaged. We also recommend carpeted areas for trying shoes on. Any signs of wear to the shoe or a damaged shoebox will make them ineligible for return.
All swimsuits should be tried on with underwear for sanitary purposes. The protective sticker must be intact for the swimsuit to be eligible for return.
We do not offer price adjustments once your order has been placed.

HOW DO I INITIATE A RETURN?

To initiate a return, please visit our Returns Center! Once you enter your order number and zip code, you will be prompted with eligible return items from your order. Please select which items you want to return. Once you complete the Returns process, please select which return method you prefer: Return Bar drop-off or prepaid shipping label to be dropped off with the carrier. From there, you will be emailed a QR code for your return bar drop-off or a pre-paid shipping label.
WHAT RETURN OPTIONS DO YOU OFFER?
All returns are initiated through our Returns Center!
Returns Bar offers box-free, printer-free, and sustainable returns. Start your return online, select the items you wish to return and tell us why. Then, locate a Return Bar near you and use the QR code emailed by Happy Returns to complete your return drop-off in less than a minute. $7 fee subtracted from your store credit.
Start your return or exchange online here. Box up your items, apply the label provided, and ship them back to us. You’ll get an email when your items have been received and your refund has been processed. $9 label fee subtracted from your store credit.
HOW WILL I RECEIVE MY STORE CREDIT?
An emailed E-Gift Card will be instantly delivered after your return has been accepted by either a return bar representative or carrier. Store Credit is calculated automatically to reflect any discounts and taxes at the time of purchase. This does not include the shipping charge paid on the order. Returns Bar and prepaid shipping label will be subtracted from your refund.
WHAT IF MY ITEM IS DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE?
We stand behind our products and want you to be satisfied with them! If you received a damaged or defective item, please email our customer care team at firstname.lastname@example.org within 48 hours of receiving the damaged item so we can rectify it for you right away!
WHAT IF I PAID WITH SHOP PAY?
Shop Pay purchases are subject to J.Marie Collection’s standard Return Policy of Store Credit Only for items returned within 21 days of fulfillment.
If you have returned your order - partial or full - and you have not paid off all of your installments, you will continue to pay off those installments until they are complete for the total purchase amount, and you will receive an E-Gift Card for the total amount of the item(s) being returned.
